It’s hard to explain how Burning Man is more than just a festival, it’s a community surrounding an event in the desert every year. This book, The World’s Biggest Playground, written and produced by a New York community member is a fabulous read for Adults and Kids!

Burning Man is known to many to be transformative (not something you find at many “festivals”) and looking at pictures online comes no-where near describing all it is. Having attended several “Burns” and participating in the community has impacted my personal growth in many ways, aside from being the source of so many Adventures! This children’s book captures so much of what Burning Man is to many who are a part of it. Peter Armenia is part of the NYC burner community, and this is a project borne of something he loves.  I often show it to people who have never heard of Burning Man before, or have misconceptions about it because they’ve only seen the “party girl” pics search engines often promote. Enjoy it for yourself, or gifting to others.
